The Farmington River Anglers Association (FRAA) collects only the personal information needed to provide the services you request. If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your email address and use it only to send FRAA news, event information, and other updates you have chosen to receive. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link included in each newsletter.

FRAA uses Brevo to manage newsletter subscriptions and deliver email communications. Membership registrations, renewals, event tickets, and related payments are handled through Zeffy. Information submitted through those services is processed by Brevo or Zeffy in accordance with their own privacy policies and terms.

FRAA does not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We may share information with service providers only when necessary to operate our website, send communications, manage memberships, process registrations, or provide other FRAA services.

Like most websites, our hosting and security providers may automatically process limited technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, request logs, and security-related data needed to operate and protect the website. FRAA does not use this information for advertising or to build marketing profiles.

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected or as required for legitimate organizational, financial, or legal recordkeeping.
